• Run spiral loom machines to produce high‑quality wire belting at standard production rates.
• Verify customer specifications using calipers, measuring tape, and shop math (fractions, decimals, multiplication/addition).
• Document all required quality checks on the work order, adjust equipment, follow work instructions, and escalate issues to engineering and supervision.
• Support teammates and continuous improvement; assist with tasks of equal or lesser job grade.
• Demonstrate Fenner Precision Polymers Values and Behaviors every day.

• Operate multiple products across spiral looms at the standard rate.
• Complete common machine setups.
• Build from work orders with limited supervision.
• Perform and record quality checks; maintain specifications with proper tooling (calipers/tape).

• All Level 1 duties.
• Master a large variety of machine setups across spiral looms.
• Troubleshoot and solve quality‑impacting technical problems without supervision on most products.
• Independently diagnose and build from work orders.
• Stay flexible and proactively contribute improvement ideas.

• All Level 1 & 2 duties.
• Master every setup across all spiral loom machines in the shop.
• Exhibit expert troubleshooting across all products and machines.
• Train others, support teammates facing difficulties, and lead continuous improvement by example.

• Always uphold Fenner Precision Polymers values and follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting.
• Understand left‑hand vs. right‑hand welding processes and complete equipment setup.
• Cut, fit, and weld metal using gas and electric welding equipment.
• Use saws, torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and drills safely and effectively.
• Perform skilled welding on various metals, including heavy‑gauge steel; capable of MIG and TIG.
• Execute simple machining tasks.

• Perform all general welding skills.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for welding.
• Weld to specification per manufacturing orders.
• Conduct visual inspections for quality.
• Cut mesh and punch holes.

• Perform all general skills and Finisher I duties.
• Complete at least 50% of chain jobs.
• Execute small‑specification welding.
• Complete a filter belt manufacturing order.

• Learn and follow EHS policies, rules, and work instructions.
• Attend required EHS training and wear PPE at all times.
• Take personal responsibility for the safety of yourself, co‑workers, and visitors through risk assessments, inspections, corrective actions, and safety observations.
• Report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions/acts, and other hazards; STOP WORK when imminent danger is present.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area and keep equipment in proper working condition.

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: None required.

Advance through Levels 1–3 as you deepen setup mastery, troubleshooting expertise, and leadership.
