Guest Relations Attendant

POSITION OVERVIEW As a Guest Services Attendant for LIVunLtd Onesty Family Aquatic Center you are expected to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for energetic can-do attitudes with an excitement for membership sales & services.
MUST be 16 years old or older. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

MUST be 16 years old or older. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support a culture of committed relationships and engagement that results in increased participation in the client facilities' membership.
- Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided to all residents and guests.
- Competently and accurately enter data into the cash register and cash handling.
- Promptly answer phone calls, requests, and questions.
- Warmly greet and check-in members and guests.
- Perform quality work within the given deadlines and expectations with or without direct supervision.
- Assist coworkers in any manner necessary to maintain a collective, smooth effort in providing excellent services.
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
- Always exceed member's expectations and needs.
- Wear location approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a self-starter attitude.
- Must be a team player, patient, diplomatic, self-motivated, organized, have excellent verbal skills, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to observe interactions between members and guests to ensure incidents do not arise
- Ability to work in high-temperature conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be honest
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs as requested.
