Superintendent

Superintendent (Water Treatment)

Interested in taking the lead of high-profile water and wastewater projects with a top-tier North Carolina contractor? This is a great opportunity to be apart of an industry leader.

We are looking for a Superintendent to join a premier, family-run industry leader with a 75-year legacy of excellence across the Carolinas. This isn't one of those "paper contractor" roles where you just push sub-contractors around all dayit's a true self-performing position where you'll be on the ground leading your own crews and taking real ownership of high-stakes water and wastewater projects.

Responsibilities:

• Join a premier North Carolina general contractor as a Field Superintendent, spearheading large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant initiatives.
• Foster proactive partnerships with owners, engineers, and inspectors to ensure seamless project continuity and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to manage submittals, RFIs, and cost controls while maintaining meticulous daily documentation.

Experience needed:

• 5-10+ years supervising water/wastewater treatment or heavy civil projects for a GC
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of structural concrete, process mechanical systems, and complex deep excavation/shoring techniques.
• Willingness to travel to jobs across NC (Raleigh, Wilmington, and surrounding areas)
