You will be the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.You will:Lead multiple, large-scale reconstruction projects from start to finishChampion jobsite safety with inspections, compliance enforcement, and culture-buildingOversee quality control, field operations, and subcontractor performanceDevelop and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and construction estimatesDrive effective client communication and build long-term partnershipsRepresent Reconstruction Experts at client meetings, inspections, and community engagementsMentor and guide junior project managers and field team membersMonitor risk management, contract compliance, and change ordersWhat You Bring:5–7+ years of construction or reconstruction experience, including managing complex, high-value projectsProficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word Revu Bluebeam, and OutlookDeep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, safety, and regulatory standardsExcellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skillsExperience with Design-Build delivery methods (preferred)High School Diploma (required); College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Key Selection Criteria:Must be willing to travel regionallyMust be comfortable in a hybrid project management role, including occasional onsite supervision and project management.Strong problem-solving skills required.Must have buyout experience managing projects exceeding $10 million.Proven experience using Microsoft Project and creating CPM schedules.Proven experience managing projects in Procore.Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, architects, and engineers.Technically inclined and computer literate.If you're a seasoned construction professional ready to lead with confidence and elevate project outcomes, apply today and help us continue redefining what excellence looks like in reconstruction.Join a team that values integrity and diversity and take your career to the next level with us.
