What You’ll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our loan files flowing and our clients supported. You’ll work closely with our Loan Officers to:

• Keep CRM tasks updated and organized
• Follow up with borrowers and realtors to ensure documents are complete and submitted
• Monitor loan milestones and keep everyone informed
• Escalate issues when needed — with full context and documentation
• Ensure every file is audit-ready and compliant
