At Bath Fitter, our Electromechanical Technicians are the behind-the-scenes problem solvers keeping production moving safely and efficiently. From PLC programming and electrical diagnostics to fabrication and continuous improvement projects, this role is built for someone who loves hands-on technical work and takes pride in fixing, building, and improving equipment.
???? What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Work with PLCs including Allen Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi
- Read and build ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control panels
- Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, relays, timers, thermocouples, and safety systems
- Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Help keep operations safe, efficient, and running at full speed
???? What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge
- Experience with industrial electrical systems (120V–480V)
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
- MIG and stick welding experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to problem solve independently
- Someone proactive, dependable, and ready to jump in when challenges arise
