Hybrid (within 150 miles) | Base $80,000–$90,000 | OTE $150k+ | Uncapped Commission

3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, 3PL, or TMS solutions preferred.

TI Freight Audit is seeking a motivated, results‑driven National Business Development Manager to generate new sales revenue and expand relationships within the logistics sector. We are a leader in value‑driven supply chain solutions and equip our sales team with powerful tools that clearly showcase our exceptional value proposition—making the sales process more effective and impactful.

This position is hybrid for candidates located within 150 miles of the job site. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your knowledge of logistics, 3PL, and TMS to prospect, build, and close new business opportunities
• Use a consultative sales approach to position Trans International’s value‑driven solutions
• Conduct professional virtual and in‑person presentations
• Prepare pricing, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses
• Close contracts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding
• Grow and manage select existing accounts
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet monthly activity goals
• Enter all sales activity into the CRM in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, 3PL, or TMS solutions
• Strong hunter mentality with proven success in prospecting and closing
• Familiarity with TMS platforms and their role in logistics optimization
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities
• Self‑motivated and driven to exceed targets
• Ability to travel as needed
