Position Summary

We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators in the Knoxville, TN area for ALL SHIFTS! The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery. The CNC Machine Operator will ensure the continual, safe, and efficient running of production. Ideal candidates will be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Working with blueprints, operation sheets, or other specifications, to set-up and completes the machining operations to produce a quality part.
• Responsible for checking and documenting part dimensions during various machining stages with measuring devices.
• Responsible for achieving all required tolerances and finishes that will produce quality parts in a timely manner and for meeting standards as set forth by Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance.
• Must adhere to all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and all Quality requirements.
• Verify and document part counts before and upon completion of all work
• Perform visual inspections and dimensional verification on all parts produced.
• Alerts supervisor of any missing parts or machining problems/difficulties.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pre-Employment Screening
• 1-3 years CNC Machine Operating experience
