We are hiring a Production Specialist to join our Chico Creek Signs team! We are looking for someone to help assist our day to day production of our products in a fast paced environment. We are a growing business and will provide the necessary training to complete all tasks. Whether it's packing orders or running our CNC to using our large format printers if necessary.

Job Description:

You will be jumping right in to our manufacturing process and will be expected to be a helping hand in many areas in our production line. Whether it's pulling cut blanks from our CNC, Shrink wrapping printed signs, packing orders, or or helping layout blanks to get ready for printing. We are a small team and everyone handles numerous tasks throughout each day and expected to help in any area that needs attention.

Responsibilities:

• Sticker, Shrink Wrap, and Pack daily orders getting shipped out.
• Assist our Printing Specialists with their needs to help speed up our printing process on large format printers.
• Pull finished pieces off our CNC Router and get it ready for another run.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and shop cleaning.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School level diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more when required.
• Able to be on your feet for an 8hr shift.
• Familiarity with hand tools, measurements and computers.
• Be able to follow specific instructions and procedures depending on the equipment being used.

Bonus but not necessary:

• Interested in or Experience in Graphic Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• CNC Router experience and Vectric Design
