Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing facility, you'll be responsible for providing excellent care to short-term rehab and long-term care residents. You will manage medication administration, conduct rounds, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Wound care may also be part of your duties. The facility primarily serves skilled nursing patients, ensuring a focus on high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient health.
• Perform rounds and oversee the care provided by CNAs.
• Provide wound care as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Point Click Care EMR.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care settings.
• Demonstrated skills in medication administration and patient care.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; IV certification preferred.
