And a focus on the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact.#LI-TA1Here's what you'll do during a typical day:Shape and execute group sales strategy: Oversee the hotel’s group sales efforts, aligning team priorities and initiatives with annual revenue goals for group rooms and banquets; contribute to the hotel’s annual commercial strategy in partnership with commercial and regional leadership teamsDrive commercial performance: Develop and implement business strategies that contribute to Rooms, Catering, and Event revenue streams, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s broader commercial objectivesSet and optimize pricing approach: Collaborate with commercial leadership to establish group pricing and rate strategies that maximize revenue and competitive market shareDevelop data-driven sales strategies: Use performance metrics, demand forecasts, and competitive insights to shape sales plans, adjust deployment and mix strategies, and align activity with revenue goals and market conditionsFoster stakeholder relationships: Engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), third-party travel partners, and key clients to drive demand, improve conversion, and support high-impact site visits and pre-convention meetingsLead business reviews and planning: Facilitate regular strategy and performance meetings while contributing to long-range commercial planning through analysis of performance trends, market shifts, and revenue opportunitiesCultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programsFull timePosting Date: 2026-06-15
