Senior Client Advisor - Construction

PAYETTE is seeking a junior level Architectural Designer to join our team in the planning and design of complex technical buildings such as research, healthcare, and laboratory facilities from design through construction. Responsibilities Participate in all phases of design from concept development to construction documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and clients. Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to support project development. Contribute to design reviews and design development meetings. Assist in project coordination and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Qualifications Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree. At least one year of professional experience at an architectural firm. Strong design and visualization skills. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Outstanding physical model building skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large teams, and work well under deadlines. Experience with Revit and/or Rhino.
