Electrical Project Manager

Project Manager – Electrical Construction (Casino Experience Preferred) A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large‑scale commercial electrical projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed casino, gaming, or hospitality environments . Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle management of electrical construction projects ranging from $20M–$150M+ , including casinos, hotels, entertainment venues, and large commercial facilities Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Manage subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Coordinate closely with general contractors, owners, and design teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues proactively Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a focus on electrical systems, low‑voltage, lighting, power distribution, and specialty systems Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements Drive project meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all levels Qualifications: 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience Proven success managing casino, gaming, hospitality, or large entertainment projects (preferred) Ability to manage multiple phases and large teams in high-pressure, schedule-driven environments Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, etc.) Why Join Us: Work with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation Competitive compensation with performance‑based bonuses Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match Paid time off, holidays, and continuing education support A culture that celebrates success, encourages growth, and values your expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr Jayco Talent
