Under the guidance of the Production Program Manager, the Project Manager will assist in virtually all areas of production management including: the completion of administrative tasks, supervision of projects related to production of units and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.TSC’s PS Division provides products and services in the areas of radar, communication systems, sensors, antennas and other electronics systems to the rocket/missile, radar/sensor system, communications, control systems, data acquisition, and signal processing markets. TSC has developed products ranging from board-level, application-specific-designs, to complete, turnkey radar and communication systems. TSC has established a state-of-the-art hardware capability that is well respected by customers in Government and industry. Key Responsibilities • Under the Production Program Manager, assist with planning, execution, and completion of efforts including procurement planning, schedule development, and other tasks as assigned • Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders from different organizations, and leadership. • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to meet objectives. • Lead and manage small teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and productivity. • Develop project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates. • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. • Contribute to process improvements and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Project Management, Engineering, or another technical field). • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a production setting • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in project management tools a plus. • Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition is a plus.
