We are seeking a determined professional who is passionate about fighting for the rights of our clients.Responsibilities:Advise and guide clients on claims including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents.Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases.Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation.Prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Collaborate with internal teams for effective case management.Stay updated on personal injury laws and legal developments.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.Licensed in New York State.5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.Strong work ethic and resilience to handle complex cases.Compensation:$100,000-175,000 per year plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
