Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Role in Amarillo TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting dynamic retail and utility this driving post you will conduct routine patrols stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will work with agility reliability and integrity while putting people first and delivering through teamwork in a role that keeps each shift active and engaging.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Day Time

06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

05:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents maintenance concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including sales floor areas entrances parking areas utility-related spaces and perimeter zones while observing and reporting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Monitor access points help to deter unauthorized entry and support visitor vendor and/or employee movement in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Complete routine reports on patrol activity incidents and/or policy-related concerns and assist with closing procedures opening checks and other assigned post duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
