A fast-growing, YC-backed startup is hiring a Member of Technical Staff (6–14 years' experience) to help redefine how banks and fintechs automate compliance. Think AI-powered analysts tackling KYB, KYC and AML workflows through cutting-edge agentic systems. You’ll join a high-calibre, 6-person engineering team that's set to double this year, working directly with experienced founders who've previously built and exited successful AI companies. With paying customers already onboard and zero competitive losses to date, this is a chance to make a huge impact at a pivotal stage.
