This role requires exceptional judgment, proactive problem?solving, and the ability to manage complex priorities across internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant acts as an extension of the SVP, enabling focus on enterprise strategy, leadership, and business outcomes./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pExecutive Administrative Support/pulliProvide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP, including complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, and coordination across multiple time zones./liliAnticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal use of executive time./liliManage travel logistics (air, hotel, ground transportation), itineraries, and expenses in compliance with company policies./liliPrepare, proofread, and format executive?level communications, presentations, and key documents./li/ulpStrategic Operational Support/pulliServe as a strategic thought partner by understanding the SVPs priorities, business objectives, and operating cadence./liliCoordinate executive meetings, leadership forums, and offsites, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow?up on action items./liliTrack deliverables, commitments, and deadlines across initiatives to ensure timely execution./liliSupport special projects and cross?functional initiatives requiring executive?level visibility and coordination./li/ulpStakeholder Relationship Management/pulliAct as a primary point of contact between the SVP and senior leaders, external partners, and key stakeholders./liliBuild strong working relationships across executive assistants, leadership teams, and functional partners to streamline communication and workflows./liliExercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential, or time?critical matters./li/ulpConfidentiality Judgment/pulliHandle highly sensitive and proprietary information with diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times./liliIndependently resolve issues within scope and escalate appropriately when needed./liliDemonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise culture, executive presence, and organizational dynamics./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulli10 years of progressive experience providing executive?level administrative support, including direct support to VP?level or above leaders./liliAbility to work with and maintain confidential information./liliDemonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive communications./liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint./liliExceptional organizational, communication (written and verbal), and time?management skills./liliProven ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliPrior experience supporting C?suite or SVP?level executives in a large, matrixed organization./liliExperience in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries./liliStrong project coordination skills and comfort operating with ambiguity./liliPreference is for a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days per week in the Hartford, CT office./li/ulpEducation:/ppBachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience/ppAnticipated Weekly Hours/pp40/ppTime Type/ppFull time/ppPay Range/ppThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$22.59 - $53.95/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
