We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a PRN or Part-Time capacity.In this role, you'll create personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that address each resident's unique physical, functional, and mobility needs. If you're passionate about helping individuals regain strength, restore independence, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and delivering high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Restore Independence: Develop and implement individualized treatment goals to improve strength, mobility, balance, and daily living activities.Educate & Support: Train patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, safe mobility techniques, and progress.Evaluate & Document: Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation of each resident's progress.Collaborate Effectively: Serve as a key communicator between the clinical team and the patient's support network.What You'll Need:Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state.Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills to advocate for your patients.Job Details & Perks:Flexible Schedule: This is an "as needed" (PRN) position.
