This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, providing excellent service, and handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
Process policy changes accurately and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service while addressing customer questions and concerns
Maintain accurate records and update customer information
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer and data entry skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
