Housekeeping Job Details:
- Hours: Typical shifts range 9 am - 5 pm (flexible)
- Schedule:
- week 1: Monday- Friday
- week 2: Tuesday- Saturday
- Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00/hour
- Location: 733 Selby Ave St. Paul MN, Seven Hills Senior Living

Housekeeping Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff
* Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart
* Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule
* Assure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled
* Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues
* Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe
* Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner
Cleaning duties includes but not limited to:
* Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture
* Washing inside glass doors and windows
* Sweeping and/or mopping floors
* Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom
* Dusting
* Rubbish/trash removal
* Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards
* Seasonal duties as assigned
* Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience
* Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident's and overall community's best interest
* Ability to motivate oneself and work independently
* Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
* Good work ethic
* Maintains confidentiality
