About the Role:
The Curated Closet in Coeur d'Alene, ID is looking for a passionate and personable Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you love fashion, enjoy helping people find their perfect look, and thrive in a fun boutique environment, this could be the opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that makes every customer feel confident and stylish. Must be able to work weekends, we are open until 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude to deliver an exceptional shopping experience
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and organized store floor sets
- Restock inventory and assist with receiving and tagging new merchandise
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
- Support loss prevention efforts by staying attentive to store activity
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Genuine passion for fashion, personal styling, and current trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Basic math skills and experience with POS systems is a plus
