Position Details Title: PT – PT IP Physical Therapist Inpatient. Location: Washington, District of Columbia. Start Date: 06/29/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment Type: Travel. Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour day shifts). Job Summary Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP). Provide comprehensive inpatient physical therapy services through evaluation, program planning, and treatment administration for referred patients. Candidates must bring a valid license on the first day. Responsibilities Conduct detailed clinical assessments of patients. Develop individualized plans of care. Accurately document treatments and progress notes. Provide pelvic-floor rehabilitation; caseload is 100% pelvic‑floor rehab. Be available to work one holiday if needed. Complete 8‑hour day shifts, 5 days a week (minimum 40 hours). Qualifications 2 years of physical therapy experience. Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) degree. Current PT licensure in the state of Washington, District of Columbia, or appropriate residency state. Completion of post‑graduate instruction (required). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
