Accountant - Private Client Services

Accountant, Private Client Services Location: Scottsdale, AZ Hirenexus is partnered with a local Multi‑Family Office to add an additional Accountant to their team, supporting the delivery of high-quality accounting services to private clients. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client accounting activities, reviewing deliverables, and supporting clients directly. Responsibilities Lead accounting and bookkeeping services provided to clients and their entities/businesses Assist with estimated tax calculations, tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing Input new client and financial data, verify information, reconcile accounts, and conduct audits as needed Create and prepare financial reports Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 5+ years of prior experience with bookkeeping, bill pay, and accounting procedures Experience with QuickBooks and/or Bill.com required Must be a self-starting individual who takes responsibility for his/her work and actively sees projects through to successful conclusions while maintaining a high level of communication with team members Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company team environment where it is expected that you will wear many hats with varied responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to operate CRM and other systems #J-18808-Ljbffr hireneXus
