Successful Retail Associates have these skills:

• Basic understanding and ability to work with Microsoft products and basic POS system

Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as first point of contact for Girl Scout inquiries

• Providing stellar customer service to all members, internal and external

• Work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a positive and supportive manner

• Manage inquiries from multiple communication channels

• Engage in problem solving and providing solutions, know when to elevate concerns to a manager and when to resolve independently

• Effectively complete standard retail processes like but not limited to: ringing sales/returns, cycle counts, physical inventory, ordering, open/close procedures, special order tracking, maintain sales floor merchandising to standards, and make bank deposits

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Four years customer engagement skills

• Two years traditional brick and mortar retail sales experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills: email, web navigation, POS systems, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams

• Shifts will be approximately seven hours Tuesday through Friday, and four hours on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge or experience with Girl Scouting is an advantage, but not required

• Prior knowledge of the CRM system Salesforce is a plus, but not required

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
