# Warehouse LumperHot Job* Unload inbound freight manually or with non-powered equipment such as hand jacks and pallet jacks* Break down pallets and sort product by item number or destination* Re-stack freight in accordance with safety and operational standards* Shrink-wrap completed pallets and prepare them for storage or outbound shipment* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and debris clearing* Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and food safety regulations* Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately* Assist with organizing and consolidating pallets to maximize warehouse space* Work collaboratively with receiving and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations* Attend required team meetings and training sessions* Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisor or management* Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)* Proven experience in warehouse environment preferred* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor* Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and multitask effectively* Able to work at a steady pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment* Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team* Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and procedures* Must be at least 18 years of age* Must successfully pass a controlled substance screening test* This is a full-time position; must be available to work Monday-Friday, weekends & holidays as needed.* Work hours may vary, or change based on department or operational requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
