Position Title: Trauma Sales Representative

Schedule & On-Call Requirements

This position requires an on-call schedule including nights weekends and holidays to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be negatively evaluated or penalized in future opportunities with our organization.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue case coverage and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures including urgent cases that occur during nights weekends and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons operating room staff emergency department personnel and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases emergency procedures inventory requirements and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations demonstrations and educational programs to support customer adoption and appropriate product utilization.
• Maintain inventory instrument sets and consignment assets to ensure product availability and operational readiness for case support.
• Analyze account activity competitive trends and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Document sales activities customer interactions inventory transactions and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales clinical healthcare or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule including nights weekends and holidays to support trauma cases as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B Sales experience internship experience customer-facing experience leadership experience or demonstrated achievement in academics athletics military service or extracurricular activities preferred
• Experience working in an operating room procedural healthcare environment medical device sales role or clinical support role.
• Experience providing intraoperative clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Experience managing surgical inventory consignment assets or instrument sets.

Sales Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses benefits.

Travel Percentage: 30%
