Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Intervention
Location: Brooklyn
Salary: $72-$74 per 30-minute visit
Schedule: Contract | Flexible Caseload

Position Overview
A growing Early Intervention agency is seeking a NYS-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to children from birth to age five in Boro Park, Kensington, and Flatbush. This contract role offers a flexible caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children's everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
• Deliver services in the child's home, daycare, or another natural environment
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans aligned with Early Intervention goals
• Document each session and coordinate with the child's care team

Qualifications
• Current New York State Physical Therapist license
• Specific experience working with children under age five; general pediatric experience alone is not sufficient
• Willingness to provide home-based visits, not school or daycare cases only
• One year or more of experience specifically with young children is preferred; experienced candidates new to this age group may be considered for mentorship.

Area Coverage
• Boro Park: flexibility across locations is important.
• Kensington: no current PT coverage.
• Flatbush: urgent need, especially for after-hours and home visits.
