Overview Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Master Scheduler to join our team in Jonesboro, AR. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels. Collaborate with various departments, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment on scheduling needs. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or capacity. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve scheduling efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed of schedule changes and updates. Utilize scheduling software to create and maintain accurate schedules and reports. Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and propose solutions to mitigate them. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and overall productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in scheduling or production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
