Start Date: Flexible, immediate start available

End Date/Duration: Full-time ongoing

Shift: Self-scheduling with options for 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts

Hours/week: Variable based on schedule

Employment Type: Full-Time

Licenses/Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA Certification

Experience: Prior CRNA experience required; not open to new graduates or lapsed certification candidates

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, pay details to be discussed at interview)

Additional Compensation: $40,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during diverse surgical and medical procedures
• Provide anesthesia care to patients across all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safety
• Manage airway and respond swiftly to anesthesia-related emergencies
• Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient care accurately within EPIC EMR
• Participate in flexible self-scheduling covering various shift lengths

What You Need

• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA Certifications
• Valid Michigan Registered Nurse Anesthetist license or eligible for licensure
• Prior anesthesia experience; not suitable for new graduates or re-certification candidates

• Experience working in hospital inpatient settings
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
