Start Date: ASAP | Salary Range: $113,000 - $140,000
A healthcare facility in the metropolitan area of Arizona is initiating a comprehensive Geriatric Program and is in search of an Adult Geriatrics–Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to be part of this innovative project. This position is perfect for a seasoned ACNP with extensive inpatient experience and a robust background in geriatric care.
Opportunity Highlights- Contribute to the development and expansion of a pilot geriatric model with potential for system-wide implementation.
- Deliver acute, inpatient care to elderly patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct thorough geriatric assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Engage in program development that aligns with CMS Age-Friendly Health System standards and assist in achieving NICHE certification.
- Participate in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction for both patients and families.

EDUCATION: Candidates must hold certification as an ACNP.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in an inpatient acute care environment is preferred. A strong foundation in geriatric care is essential.
