Job Description:

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

The temporary Facilities Support Administrator keeps the SkinHealth Systems workplace running — performing hands-on maintenance and repair across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general systems, managing deliveries and errands between facilities, and ensuring that common areas and the lobby present a professional, safe, and well-maintained environment for employees and visitors every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform basic and intermediate repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other general equipment and systems using hand and power tools.

• Inspect facilities on a regular basis and advise location leadership on maintenance needs, work orders, and safety concerns.

• Transport and deliver items between SkinHealth Systems facilities and tasks as needed to support operations.

• Manage lobby areas and ensure common spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Perform room and event setups, including furniture arrangement, AV support, and supply staging.

• Ensure safety on premises by identifying and reporting hazards and supporting compliance with OSHA and facility safety requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely from a ladder.

• Proficiency in standard office applications including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred

• Technical or trade training in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in a facilities maintenance, building operations, or janitorial management role.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or facilities management software.

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

• Experience in a corporate, manufacturing, or medical device facility environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• On-site role at SkinHealth Systems facilities — full-time presence required.

• Role involves significant physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the day.

• Ability to lift, push, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work safely from a ladder at heights required for maintenance and inspection activities.

• Regular driving between SkinHealth Systems facilities — valid California driver's license required.

Base Pay: $25.00/hour
