- Explain available coverage options and answer customer questions with professionalism.
- Conduct appointments via Zoom or phone with individuals who have requested information.
- Verify customer information and accurately complete enrollment applications.
- Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Follow all company guidelines, compliance standards, and licensing requirements.
- Attend virtual training sessions, coaching meetings, and team development events.
- Meet individual performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer applications.
