Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,675 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Queens, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Queens, NY at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Experience in outpatient settings preferred. 1+ years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal conditions preferred. Ability to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using electronic medical records. Comfort treating a broad adult patient population, including post-operative and chronic condition management. Preferred Qualifications Orthopedic manual therapy training or certifications preferred. Experience with modalities such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training preferred. Experience with outpatient documentation systems and productivity expectations preferred.
