Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist

Source, recruit, and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate assessments Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with management Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork Build and maintain relationships with local schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
