Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing strict protocols.
• Validate results for precision, identify and resolve discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and ensure proper sample preparation for testing as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, guide new team members, and play an integral role in upholding lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain a current certification for the duration of your employment.
