Base pay range $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr Overview As a Nursing Assistant, you will support RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, provide compassionate, personalized care, and collaborate with a supportive team using available technology. Responsibilities Assist nurses with patients and treatments as needed, including helping patients with daily personal activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Prepare and transport patients and communicate patient concerns to nurses. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CPR certification required.
