All About Therapy, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services during afterschool hours in Farmington, AR.

Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Afterschool Hours will deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to children, supporting their functional skills for everyday life at home, school, and in the community. This role focuses on building children’s independence and improving participation through evidence-informed assessment and individualized treatment plans.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the broader care team to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust therapy strategies to meet each child’s needs. This position is full-time and onsite in Farmington, AR.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on therapy goals and functional needs.

• Provide pediatric therapy sessions during afterschool hours, focusing on skill development such as self-care, fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

• Track progress, document clinical findings, and update care plans in a timely and accurate manner.

• Partner with families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies outside of sessions.

• Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure cohesive care and goal alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (or the equivalent required for licensure).

• Current, valid occupational therapy license to practice in the state where services are provided.

• Ability to work effectively with children and build trusting relationships with families.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills to assess needs and implement appropriate therapy interventions.

• Professional communication skills and a commitment to accurate documentation and ethical practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing occupational therapy services in pediatric settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-informed pediatric intervention strategies and goal-based treatment planning.

• Experience collaborating with families and coordinating home or school-based carryover strategies.

• Comfort working in a team environment and contributing to care plan updates based on progress.
