Overview (MUST BE FROM METAL INDUSTRY)
We are seeking a detail-oriented  Quality Inspector to ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform  incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspections .
• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Read and interpret  blueprints, schematics, and specifications .
• Document inspection results and enter data into internal systems.
• Initiate and track  Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)as needed.
• Ensure inspection equipment is  properly calibrated and maintained .
• Conduct material kit audits and verify  product identification and traceability .
• Follow all  quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures .

Qualifications

• Metal industry experience required , preferably with  turning center lathes and mills .
• Experience in  quality inspection within a manufacturing environment .
• Ability to read  technical drawings and specifications .
• DoD or Aerospace industry experience is a plus.
• AS9100 experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
