We’re seeking skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapists to support patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions. If you thrive in fast‐paced clinical environments and work well with interdisciplinary teams, this per diem role offers meaningful impact and flexible scheduling.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling based on assignment needs
• Day and/or night shifts may be available
  (Shift length and exact hours vary by facility)

What You’ll Do

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and respiratory treatments
• Manage and monitor ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and other life‐support equipment
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis as required
• Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and code situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment use
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and department protocols
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice
• CRT or RRT credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care (hospital) Respiratory Therapy experience required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)
• Strong assessment, critical‐thinking, and clinical decision‐making skills
• Experience with ventilator management and high‐acuity patient populations
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‐oriented mindset
