About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a B2B startup. The successful candidate will be an ambitious entrepreneur, ready to take on the challenge of building and scaling a business. As the COO, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on B2B operations. This role is not just about managing the day-to-day; it involves an extensive personal development journey and a fully customized program to enhance your skills in goal, time, and energy management. You will work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving intensive coaching to prepare your startup for significant funding and support in reaching product-market fit. Applicants for the COO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of commitment, with the expectation that the candidate will take full responsibility for their startup and work towards scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is ready to engage in a challenging yet rewarding journey of building a successful B2B company.
