Responsibilities Develop new business through leads, referrals, outbound activity, and relationship building. Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance options. Quote, present, and sell products across multiple lines. Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities. Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline. Build relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth. Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals. Qualifications Active WA state insurance license(s) required. Insurance or sales experience required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable prospecting, following up, and asking for the sale.
