Entry-Level Appointment Coordinator | Training Provided (Oakbrook Terrace)

The Dorne Region is hiring an Entry-Level Appointment Coordinator for its Oakbrook Terrace office. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will communicate with prospective clients, coordinate appointments, keep organized contact notes, and complete follow-up reliably.

You will have a clear workflow from your first week and regular team feedback as you develop stronger habits in client-facing conversations. Prior insurance experience is not required, and a college degree is not required to be considered.
