Kitchen Equipment Data Entry & Quoting Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Equipment Data Entry & Quoting Specialist with experience in commercial kitchen equipment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering equipment details and pricing into our database and preparing quotes for clients. Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) Key Responsibilities: Enter kitchen equipment data, specifications, and pricing into our system. Prepare accurate quotes based on client requirements. Review equipment details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communicate with the team and vendors via WhatsApp and email . Use AutoQuotes to look up, verify, and update equipment information. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all entries. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely quotation delivery. Qualifications: Experience in commercial kitchen equipment is required. Proficiency with AutoQuotes (AQ) is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical product information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
