Job Summary:
Provide bedside care to patients in the medical-surgical unit, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition.
• Document patient care interventions and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
