Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This position requires working 3 × 12-hour shifts per week on the night shift, from 19:00 to 07:30.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN must possess knowledge of contemporary nursing practices and collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team to customize patient care. The RN will direct nursing support staff and ensure that care is provided according to established nursing standards and administrative policies.

Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and health issues.

Implement care plans and evaluate patient responses and outcomes.

Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide individualized patient care.

Direct and supervise nursing support staff in the delivery of care.

Maintain knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and current methodologies.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.

Valid PA Registered Nurse License required.

Basic Life Support certification required.

Multi-State Compact RN License required.
