About the role We’re looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our US-based teams and play a pivotal role in shaping HoneyBook’s culture and scaling our people strategy, reporting to the Director of HRBP in Tel Aviv. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive high-impact, company-wide initiatives that empower teams, support growth, and bring our core values to life. Responsibilities Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into impactful people strategies that foster team health, engagement, and performance. Lead organizational change: Support teams through org design, change management, and cultural transformation—ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth transitions. Advise on employee relations: Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, guiding managers through complex people matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion. Drive core HR programs: Own and implement initiatives like performance management, compensation planning, recognition, and employee engagement programs that reinforce our values and business objectives. Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor trends in the talent and HR space, using data-driven insights to refine our strategy and keep HoneyBook competitive. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high‑growth environment. Strong strategic thinking and creative problem‑solving skills. Experience supporting US‑based teams and knowledge of US employment law. Outstanding communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic, able to influence across all levels and work effectively in a global, cross‑cultural environment. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative mindset, with a flexible, can‑do attitude—especially when partnering with cross‑functional teams. High adaptability and resilience—you thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environments. Strong analytical mindset and experience leveraging people data.
