About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead its regional commercial insurance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability and growth across multiple branches, overseeing a substantial book of business that includes various insurance premiums. This role involves collaborating with branch managers to ensure efficient workflows, resource allocation, and the application of advanced technologies. The Executive Vice President will also be tasked with developing tailored strategies, serving as the primary contact for larger commercial insurance clients, and leading the execution of marketing and underwriting strategies. Applicants for the Executive Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of commercial insurance underwriting experience is required, with 20 years being preferred, along with proven enterprise-level P&L ownership. The role demands expertise in commercial insurance products, underwriting standards, and audit compliance, as well as strong leadership experience in managing regional and field leaders. Advanced marketing and business development skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to balance growth, profitability, and operational discipline are essential for this executive-level position.
