- Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar post-acute care setting
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare guidelines
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a skilled nursing environment on a 13-week contract assignment
- Supportive placement process with a dedicated team to assist throughout your contract
