Accounts Payable Processor

Location: Rapid City, SD

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 PER HOUR

Kelly Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to join a well-established organization in Rapid City, SD. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their accounting career. No prior accounts payable experience is required — training will be provided.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys working as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Review and process invoices and check requests
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
• Provide routine information and assistance to vendors and employees
• Maintain and update vendor information, including addresses, remit-to information, and ACH details
• Verify and maintain W-9 information for new and existing vendors
• Process and reconcile company credit card information
• Assist employees with expense reports
• Scan and maintain invoices, credit card statements, and other required documentation

 

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred

• Accounts payable or accounting experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems
• Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel
• Experience processing invoices, expense reports, or credit card transactions
• Knowledge of vendor maintenance or W-9 requirements
